It’s what he did when he launched Harbor Seafood 20 years ago, 10 years after opening the Fisherman’s Cove seafood market in the same Kenner building. “It seemed to be the perfect marriage for what we did, ” he said. “We threw up an oyster bar, and it’s been crazy ever since.”
